Baccarat Appoints New U.S. CEO

Michelle Klein joins French crystal firm in “key territory.”

She most recently was vice president of Roche Bobois’ North American subsidiary. She has also worked in the furniture and upholstery buying departments of Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s.

“The U.S. market is today, more than ever, a key territory for our brand,” stated Lampe. “I am really pleased that Michelle has accepted to join us to hold this strategic position within the group, which shows our ambition to strengthen our presence in this market. Her unique expertise in the retail sector combined with her great sense of leadership will be major assets in driving the success of our company in the U.S.”

Klein, who is American, will also serve as a member of Baccarat’s strategic committee.
