Elaine L. Boltz was named senior vice president, strategy and consumer research, a new position. Boltz will lead direct-to-consumer efforts, including catalogue and e-commerce, and develop strategies for consumer insight and research. Boltz was most recently executive vice president, corporate strategy, and chief marketing officer for AnnTaylor Stores Corp.
