Sinclair, who will join Choo later this year, will be responsible for directing the firm’s global finance functions, and managing the sales administration, legal, IT, store development and merchandise planning teams.

He will report to Joshua Schulman, chief executive officer, and be based at the company’s London headquarters.

Prior to joining Choo, Sinclair served for five years as group financial director at Pentland Brands plc, the London-based company that owns brands including Speedo and Ellesse.

Egan resigned from Choo earlier this year.
