In this new position, Baber will have overall responsibility for merchandising, operational and financial strategy for C.O. Bigelow. She will report to Diane Neal, chief executive officer of Bath & Body Works.
BBW said Baber also will have “a dotted-line reporting relationship” to Leslie Wexner, chairman and ceo of Limited Brands Inc., and she will serve on BBW’s executive leadership team.
Prior to joining Limited Brands, she served as vice president of merchandising and divisional merchandise manager for Sephora’s color business, where she was responsible for growing that category and developing new partnerships for the brand. During her five years at Sephora, she also held merchandising roles and served as director of new brand development for Sephora International. Courtney held positions with Estée Lauder, Ralph Lauren Fragrances and Federated Department Stores before that.
Founded in 1838, C.O. Bigelow has nine stores in the U.S. It’s original store is in New York’s Greenwich Village.
