Eileen DiLeo has been named executive vice president of stores for the Hudson’s Bay and Lord & Taylor divisions of the Hudson’s Bay Company, succeeding Debbie Edwards who will retire on May 1.
DiLeo, who will report to Bonnie Brooks, the president of HBC, has been senior vice president of store operations for Hudson’s Bay and Lord & Taylor since last year. The 30-year retail veteran began her career at Bloomingdale’s, joined May Department Stores where she progressed from sales roles to store management and into senior operations roles at Lord & Taylor. The company credited DiLeo with introducing best practices and creating synergy across the retail banners.
