Iconix Brand Group Inc. has hired four executives to new positions in its senior management team.

Kimberly Lee Minor is vice president of brand management, overseeing the company’s London Fog, Joe Boxer and Rampage brands. Minor comes to Iconix from Ann Taylor Loft, where she was vice president of merchandising. She previously worked in merchandising, product development and sourcing at Macy’s and Foot Locker, among others.
Neal Seideman is vice president of business development. He spent the last eight years at International Management Group running the North American licensing division.
Carolyn D’Angelo is vice president of brand management for the company’s home division, overseeing the Fieldcrest, Cannon, Royal Velvet and Charisma brands. D’Angelo was previously a senior vice president at WestPoint Home overseeing the Ralph Lauren home business. She has more than 20 years experience in the home industry, including senior posts at Waverly Lifestyle Group and Springs Industries.
Kenneth Richard is vice president of marketing. Richard previously was executive vice president of global marketing and communications for BCBG Max Azria.
Minor and D’Angelo report to Neil Cole, chief executive officer, and David Conn, executive vice president. Seideman reports to Conn as well as to Yehuda Shmidman, vice president of business development. Richard reports to Dari Marder, chief marketing officer.
