LONDON — Jack Wills has appointed Emily Tate as its chief financial officer. Tate, who succeeds Paul Woolf, will take up her new role in June. Most recently, Tate held a similar position at Fat Face, where she had been since 2008. Prior to Fat Face, she held commercial finance roles at Polo Ralph Lauren and B&Q. She qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and is a graduate of Oxford University. “She has impressive credentials from her previous roles and a great passion for the Jack Wills brand. We are looking forward to working with her as the Jack Wills business continues to grow,” said Peter Williams, founder and chief executive of Jack Wills said in a statement Sunday. Tate will report to Williams.
