Jill Belasco is stepping down from her post as chief executive officer of The Maesa Group, a Paris-based beauty manufacturer and distributor.
Belasco, who also serves as chair of the board for the Fragrance Foundation, will assume the role of ceo of a newly formed scent-focused development company called Coscentrix, which is slated to become the primary home fragrance manufacturing partner for Maesa. Gregory Mager, founder and cochairman of Maesa, will assume management responsibilities in the U.S.
