PARIS — In the wake of the exit of Kenzo’s chief executive officer Alberto Lavia, who is heading to Façonnable, James Greenfield will assume operational management of the Paris fashion house, effective Sept. 1.

Greenfield said his title would be senior vice president. Previously, his responsibilities encompassed women’s ready-to-wear, licenses and communications.
