Kevin Sierks Promoted to CFO at Vera Bradley

The accessories firm made a series of executive promotions.

Kevin J. Sierks, Vera Bradley’s interim chief financial officer, has been promoted to executive vice president and cfo, according to the accessories firm.

Sierks joined Bradley in 2011 as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer. He was named interim cfo in January 2013.

Robert Wallstrom, chief executive officer, said, “We have a lot of talent and experience within our company, and these promotions and realignments will help position us for the future. I am confident that we are in the process of assembling the right team to achieve our long-term goals, drawing from both our own leadership team and attracting new talent to the organization.”

In related changes, C. Roddy Mann was named executive vice president for strategy and operations. Mann joined the company in 2006 as vice president, strategic initiatives. He was named vice president of strategy, sales and marketing in 2007, and then promoted to executive vice president for strategy and business development in 2010.

Pamela Sours, who joined the company in 2005 as vice president for manufacturing and global quality, was promoted to senior vice president for operations.

Anastacia S. “Stacy” Knapper is now senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. She joined Bradley in 2011 as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

Last month, the company said it named Sue Fuller to the post of executive vice president and chief merchandising officer.
