MILAN — Marina Tosin, chief executive of Diesel's parent OTB and right-hand woman of the firm's founder Renzo Rosso for more than three decades, is taking on a "less operative" role, the company has confirmed. Tosin, who was previously ceo of Diesel for 20 years, will remain a member of the board.
Riccardo Stilli is joining the company, flanking Diesel's co-ceo Stefano Rosso, and is expected eventually to become ceo of the holding and of the group. Stilli spent six years as chief financial officer and managing director of Prada Group, until 2005. More recently, he was chief financial officer, and then general director of Italy's RCS Media Group, which owns newspapers including Corriere della Sera, La Gazzetta dello Sport.
