Melanie Kusin Headed to Korn/Ferry

Melanie Kusin becomes vice chairman and senior client partner at the recruiting firm Korn/Ferry.

Melanie Kusin has joined the New York office of Korn/Ferry International as a vice chairman and senior client partner in the firm’s Board & CEO Services practice.

Most recently, Kusin was with Heidrick & Struggles as vice chairman. Earlier she was global managing partner for its consumer practice. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kusin was managing director of Russell Reynolds Associates.

At Korn/Ferry, Kusin will focus on recruiting chief executive officers and board members to lead global consumer firms in the private and public sectors across product, retailing and hospitality markets.
