Christopher De Lapuente became global president and chief executive officer of Sephora on March 31, succeeding Jacques Lévy. De Lapuente worked at Procter & Gamble from 1983 to 2010, most recently as group president for global hair care. Lévy has joined Guess as a founder’s adviser, where he will work with Paul Marciano in developing marketing and customer relationship management strategies...Johnson & Johnson unveiled a new senior management structure. Pericles Stamatiades has been named company group chairman, global franchise organization, with Stefano Curti named president, global skin care. Most recently, Stamatiades was company group chairman for beauty; in his new role, he will be responsible for category strategy across J&J’s entire consumer organization. Roberto Marques has been named company group chairman, North America, overseeing skin care, topical and oral health care and women’s health. Reporting to him is Jeff B. Smith, who was named president of U.S. skin care....Pamela Gill Alabaster, senior vice president of corporate communications and external affairs at L’Oréal USA, has been tapped to lead its sustainability efforts. She will continue to lead state and federal government relations efforts.... Avon Products Inc. promoted Vanessa Reggiardo to president of its Mark brand, replacing Claudia Poccia, who left the company to become ceo of Gurwitch Products. Reggiardo was previously vice president, global color, hair care and strategic alliances....Ramdane Touhami, artistic director and partner of Cire Trudon, has sold his shares to partner Olivier Bondeau, and will start a new company called Architecture Olfactive, a creative agency dedicated to interior scents.... Michelle Feeney has been named ceo of PZ Cussons Beauty, a newly formed division of the British firm PZ Cussons, overseeing the St. Tropez, The Sanctuary and Charles Worthington brands.
