NEW YORK — Ralph Lauren Corp. plans to initiate changes to its leadership team and will create an Office of the Chairman, led by Ralph Lauren, chairman and chief executive officer.
The office will consist of Lauren, Roger Farah, Jackwyn Nemerov and Christopher Peterson. Farah, currently president and chief operating officer, will become executive vice chairman and will cut back on his day to day responsibilities. Nemerov, currently executive vice president, will become president and chief operating officer. Peterson, currently senior vice president and chief financial officer, will become executive vice president and chief administrative officer in addition to his role as cfo.
The Office of the Chairman is being developed to support the company’s growth in an increasingly complex global environment and capitalize on new business opportunities. Farah, Nemerov and Peterson will report directly to Lauren. The changes are effective Nov. 1.
