Rich Honiball has joined Haggar Clothing Co. as senior vice president of marketing, licensing and e-commerce.
The Dallas-based men’s slacks and sportswear firm also promoted Nanditha Zuckerman to senior vice president of global operations.
Honiball was most recently with J.C. Penney Co., where he headed the retailer’s private label efforts in men’s and children’s apparel. He’d previously worked at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers and Brooks Bros. At Haggar, he reports to Tim Lyons, president of the company, and succeeds Jon Ragsdale, who has left the firm.
Zuckerman, whose position is new, comes to the company from Haggar Canada, where she’d served as chief operating officer during a 13-year tenure with the company. She reports to Michael Stitt, Haggar’s chief executive officer.
Both will serve on Haggar’s executive committee.
In July, Haggar promoted Nancy Dowling to vice president of merchandising and design and Ted Parnell to senior vice president and national sales manager. Stitt and Lyons were named to their posts in April.
“Both Rich and Nanditha will provide critical leadership as we pursue a number of exciting strategic growth initiatives,” said Stitt.
Founded 86 years ago, Haggar commands the top market share in men’s dress slacks in the U.S. and the second largest share of the casual slacks market.
