LONDON— Compagnie Financière Richemont, parent of brands including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Alfred Dunhill, said Dominique Rochat would not stand for re-election to the board of directors at the company’s next annual general meeting for health reasons. He was appointed to the board in 2010.
"The board of directors would like to thank … Rochat for his valuable contributions to the group since his appointment in 2010, and wishes him a return to good health," the company said in a statement.
