RESTAURANT: Aretsky’s Patroon, 160 East 46th Street
Great food, service and ambiance, and it’s close to my office.

FAVORITE TABLE: On the left- hand side, close to the kitchen, facing three wonderful photographs of Grand Central Station.

DISH DU JOUR: Warm duck salad or Dover sole, depending on my mood.

President, C.E.W.

RESTAURANT: The Garden at the Four Seasons Hotel, 57 East 57th Street
Peaceful, with great service, good food, great-looking people.

DISH DU JOUR: Cobb salad.

Founder, Byredo

Sturehof, Stureplan 2- 114 46, Stockholm
It captures the grand old Stockholm and it is designed by Jonas Bohlin.

FAVORITE TABLE: By the window.

DISH DU JOUR: Beef rydberg with potatoes.

Editor in Chief, Allure

RESTAURANT: Marea, 240 Central Park South
The food and service are impeccable. You can actually hear your lunch date, and it’s 10 minutes by car from the office.

FAVORITE TABLE: I’m happy anywhere.

DISH DU JOUR: The crudo, any crudo.

Chief Executive Officer, Nars

RESTAURANT: Casa Lever, 390 Park Avenue
Besides the fact that it’s close to the office, I love the decor, especially all of the Warhols.

FAVORITE TABLE: Any one of the booths at the back left.

DISH DU JOUR: Grilled octopus or Dover sole.

President, L’Oréal Luxe USA

RESTAURANT: Aretsky’s Patroon, 160 East 46th Street
Owner Kenny Aretsky always takes care of me.

DISH DU JOUR: To start, the chopped salad (the capers minced into the salad are divine and I could eat it every day) followed by the grilled Dover sole with a side of sautéed brussels sprouts.

Chief Executive Officer, Shiseido America

RESTAURANT: The Core Club, 66 East 55th Street
It’s close to the office, the service is very personalized and the staff respect your space. Also, the food is great and the kitchen is always happy to accommodate any special requests.

FAVORITE TABLE: In warmer weather, I love any table on the patio under an umbrella. You forget you’re in New York City. Otherwise, the back part of the dining room is always quiet and comfortable.

DISH DU JOUR: The vegetarian burger (without the bun) is unlike any veggie burger I’ve ever eaten. It’s made with quinoa, lentils, sweet potato and lots of Indian spices so it is incredibly flavorful and healthy.

Founder, Carol’s Daughter

RESTAURANT: Greenwich Grill, 428 Greenwich Street I love that it’s intimate—you can hear the conversation—and that passersby can’t see you or who you’re meeting, making sensitive meetings a walk in the park.

FAVORITE TABLE: Left corner.

DISH DU JOUR: Sauteed fish of the day: It’s light, in my diet plan and delicious.

Chief Executive Officer, Ahava North America

RESTAURANT: Lincoln Ristorante, 142 West 65th Street
It’s spacious and has beautiful architecture—very modern with a farm-to-table food approach.

FAVORITE TABLE: Close to the newly redone staircase entrance to Lincoln Center Plaza. From here you can see the fountain in front of the Vivian Beaumont Theater and Avery Fisher Hall. It’s especially
fun during fashion week.

DISH DU JOUR: Grilled brie with peach and the Lincoln Burger with goat cheese.
