Stetson has teamed up with Sony/ATV for its fall advertising campaign. In a move designed to showcase the new Stetson apparel and accessories collection, the company turned to musicians Erin McCarley and the PawnShop Kings to create video lookbooks of the musicians wearing the merchandise. The artists were asked to create their own rendition of iconic songs — McCarley opted for Hank Williams’ I Saw the Light and the PawnShop Kings chose The Beatles’ Revolution — and were filmed performing in Stetson. The lookbooks will debut on Stetson.com as well as on the company’s Facebook page with links where consumers can purchase the apparel and accessories featured. Downloads of the songs will be free on the Stetson Web site. McCarley’s video premieres on Oct. 12, followed by the PawnShop Kings’ song on Oct. 26.
