PARIS— LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton is uncorking a new venture in China: High-end sparkling wine under its Chandon label.
The wines and spirits division of the French luxury giant has signed a joint-venture agreement with a state-owned agriculture development agency in the Ningxia autonomous region to cultivate grapes on 66 hectares of land. A new winery is to be constructed in the vicinity.
Peter Kim's Los Angeles-based premium denim line has always had its finger on the pulse of youth.
