For those who have wondered what kind of lingerie Playboy Bunnies wear, the answer lies in “The Bunny Book: How to Walk, Talk, Tease and Please Like a Playboy Bunny” (Chronicle Books).
The book, which was penned by three Playboy Playmates — Deanna Brooks, Serria Tawan and Pennelope Jimenez — gives tips on how to choose lingerie for vampy occasions.
A main topic among Bunnies is whether to wear a bra.
“I have fake boobs, so I never wear a bra,” said Jimenez, who was Miss March 2003 for Playboy magazine. “I think if you don’t have to, you shouldn’t wear a bra.”
Tawan, who posed as Miss November 2002, said she likes to wear girly, frilly bras, and sometimes prefers to go braless.
“My boobs look fake, they’re so perky,” Tawan said. “But they’ll go down sooner or later. There’s nothing you can do about them drooping, so enjoy them while you’ve got them.”
Brooks, who was Miss May 1998, said: “Bras are your friends, especially if you’re natural, because gravity kicks in. I sleep in a sports bra and I work out in two sports bras. I was born with good boobs. But I’ve always been super paranoid about not having them. So I spend a lot of money on bras.”
When it comes to picking provocative-looking lingerie, the three Playmates agree low-riding boyshorts, especially undies with a vertical seam at the center, enhance the derriere, and are a lot sexier looking than a G-string. They also advise wearing stockings with a garter belt under a skirt for a special rendezvous.
“Know what makes you feel sexy, but don’t forget what your partner likes,” advised Brooks, who says she often wears a bra but no undies.
She singled out Cosabella for “beautiful Italian bras that are not too expensive,” and La Perla and Agent Provocateur as being “expensive but amazing.”
Tawan says she loves wearing push-up corsets under her clothes, even jeans, to feel vampy.
“It’s not so much about comfort,” she said. “I just like the sex factor of having on a blazer and a shirt and then this secret underneath. Without the blazer and shirt, I’d be doing a sexy dance. Just knowing that makes me feel naughty.”
