ETIENNE’S EYES: This spring, it’s all about a new pair of shades. Just in time, Etienne Aigner is launching eyewear under license with Fantas-Eyes, which will be responsible for the design, production and distribution of women’s sunglasses and opthalmic frames under the Etienne Aigner brand.

Each of the collection’s handmade frames highlights the Etienne Aigner signature “A” logo. The eyewear also features Swarovski crystals, cutout patterns and casted enamel detail. Available at department stores and specialty boutiques in January, Etienne Aigner sunglasses will retail for $100 to $130, while opthalmics will sell for $75.

CAR PARTS: In one of the most unlikely pairings since Karl Lagerfeld and Tommy Hilfiger, Rafe is partnering with Chevrolet to create a three-piece collection in honor of the new Chevy Malibu.

The limited edition clutch, wallet and card case — all featuring anthracite snakeskin with red satin lining and gunmetal hardware — are inspired by the classic car’s design and will be available exclusively at New York’s Lucky Shops event on Friday and Saturday. Afterward, the pieces will retail on and from $75 to $150.

Rafe creative director Rafe Totengco said, “Chevy is an American iconic brand and Lucky is the ultimate shopping guide for girls. It was a win-win situation for me. There’s so much synergy and it is such an amazing cobranding opportunity, I agreed to do it immediately.”

FOREVA AND EVA: Roberto Cavalli’s latest accessory is not only sexy and glamorous, but a tribute to his wife. He named his latest pair of sunglasses Eva, a limited edition frame featuring a wraparound shape in mesh gold metal.

In true Cavalli spirit, two snake heads, a symbol of the Italian fashion house, decorate the length of the lens along with the Cavalli logo. The packaging is created exclusively for the Eva sunglasses and is covered in leopard-print satin that can be used as an evening clutch or shoulder purse. The Eva will hit Roberto Cavalli boutiques around the world in November and will retail for $640.
