Wenda Harris Millard, after less than a year as president of media and co-chief executive officer of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc., is stepping down in a restructuring of the firm’s upper echelon.
Chairman Charles Koppleman, will now oversee Martha Stewart’s media businesses and continue to serve as principal executive officer.
Robin Marino, who had been the co-ceo of the company with Millard, will continue to focus on the merchandising business as the unit’s president and ceo, reporting to Koppelman.
Founder Martha Stewart will oversee the company’s editorial and creative functions.
Millard and Marino took the reins from Susan Lyne, who stepped down as the firm’s president and ceo in June.
