ALICE TEMPERLEY’S HAMPTONS HOT WHEELS: Beginning tomorrow and every weekend until Labor Day, Temperley London will host a “Where’s ALICE” bike tour. Dressed in looks from the designer’s lower priced line, ALICE by Alice Temperley, a rotating group of “guest riders” will bike around East Hampton, South Hampton and Montauk giving out frozen desserts from People’s Pops and handing out vouchers that can be traded in at the Temperley London boutique in East Hampton for a free gift. The social media savvy brand will be tweeting every Friday from @who_is_alice with an official location of the bike, and anyone who spots the bike that weekend, snaps a pic and tweets it to @who_is_alice will get 10% on any future purchase at the brand’s East Hampton store. And the first ten people to retweet the location of the bike each weekend get a free gift. So add @who_is_alice and start tweeting, kids.

BLOGS AND WEBSITES
Foursquare + Oscar de la Renta Giveaway: If we had an iPad we would definitely be aching for one of the cases that Mr. de la Renta marched down his recent resort show. But luckily for all you iPad owners out there who also happen to be active on Foursquare, the brand is giving you a chance to win one tomorrow. All you have to do is be the mayor of the Madison Avenue Boutique on Saturday, July 17th (with proof of mayorship, of course).
Taylor Made: Rebecca Taylor’s Web site has a new look. A fresh color palette of white, gray, black and pink, the ability to purchase electronic gift cards and a “real-time availability” function are among the offerings available on the site as of today, as well as a short, branded film, “Beautiful Dreamer,” which appears on the main landing page. The new features also include enhanced display mechanisms and store locator tools, the ability to see how many items are left in a shopper’s desired color and size, a “Women in Rebecca Taylor” press room that showcases editorial coverage and celebrity sightings (and guides consumers to the actual looks so they can purchase directly), and a virtual wish list — billed as “My Closet.” Twitter and Facebook, two social mediums where the Rebecca Taylor brand is already active, have a more prominent role on the site, too.
