WERBOWY AND ROITFELD FOR DVF: Diane von Furstenberg recruited a new team for her fall campaign, working for the first time with Daria Werbowy as model, Carine Roitfeld as stylist and Sebastian Faena as photographer. Overseen by creative agency Laird + Partners, the images channel Seventies-era paparazzi shots, with a spotlight on DVF’s iconic wrap dresses and the debut of the brand’s new Sutra bags.
“This campaign, like the collection it represents, is really about getting back to our roots. It is about empowering women to be the rock star and the muse of their own lives,” said von Furstenberg.

The campaign breaks in September magazines, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, InStyle and Vanity Fair, as well as international titles like Vogue Italia and Harper’s Bazaar UK. Online, DVF invested in its largest-ever digital media buy, with homepage takeovers, custom interactive units and mobile integration on sites such as Style.com, Elle.com and Nymag.com.
An out-of-home buy includes taxi tops in New York, Boston, Las Vegas and Miami, as well as Taxi TV in New York during fashion week.
