Oscar de la Renta has set his sights on Atlanta for his eighth freestanding store.
The designer said Tuesday that he plans to open a two-level store in The Streets of Buckhead in fall 2009. The Streets of Buckhead is a $1.5 billion development that will consist of 80 luxury boutiques, as well as three world-class hotels, up to 1,000 upscale residential units, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and 300,000 square feet of office space.
