GREENWICH, Conn. — The powerhouse that drives the Frédéric Fekkai engine has just driven into Greenwich, with the opening of a new salon here, located at 2 Lewis Court.
Staying true to Fekkai's form, the 2,100-square-foot space takes on its tony surroundings: It's intimate, cozy and immaculate, consisting of a main room with six styling and four coloring stations, a back room dedicated to shampooing and a private nook for pedicures. The space, a former floral shop with exposed brick, polished nickel table lamps, dark wood floors and brown leather couches, takes on a homey feel and in turn welcomes locals who frequently drop in to say "Hi" to their favorite stylist, whom they probably know from Fekkai's Fifth Avenue or SoHo salons in Manhattan.
Hermès is launching a Laundromat pop-up shop in NYC - dubbed Hermèsmatic - where customers can bring their old scarves to be dip-dyed by an expert. Get all the details on WWD.com. #wwdnews (📷: @donstahl)
