Cartier's new vice president of retail, Anthony Ledru, is focusing on service and the rollout of the new Bruno Moinard-designed store concept.
Ledru, who is responsible for directing all retail operations for Cartier North America, including 35 U.S. boutiques and two Canadian units, said he is determined to make sure "that every single visit to our boutique is a true, unique experience. In tense economic times and potentially decreased traffic, it's important to spend more time with each of our clients."
