When the job is done artfully, beauty advisers provide a mood-altering service with a very personal touch. For these five women — Shiseido’s Sandy Ratsachak, Dior’s Massiel Cofino, Clarins’ Michelle Johnson, Clinique’s Virginia Lee and Lancôme’s Yvette Mosquera — selling comes naturally.
