DALLAS — Galleria Dallas is seeking to reshape itself as it battles main rival NorthPark Center for retail tenants and customers.
The three-level center managed by General Growth Properties marked its 25th anniversary last year, replacing weaker tenants like drugstores and souvenir shops with specialty retailers such as Juicy Couture, Karen Millen and Kate Spade. A new focus on juniors attracted Ruehl 925, Windsor, Charlotte Russe and Papaya, among others.
