NEW YORK — Following its announcement late last week that it has partnered with Elizabeth Arden Inc. to license beauty products for its Rocawear brand, Iconix Brands Group announced several additional licenses yesterday. Iconix has granted a multi-year master license for its London Fog brand in mainland China to New Foundations, a Beijing-based real-estate development and retail company. In addition to manufacturing and distributing London Fog apparel, accessories and lifestyle products, New Foundations plans to open more than  100 stores and shop-in-shops, including several larger flagship stores, across the country over the next five years.

To distribute its Op apparel and accessories in Europe, Iconix has partnered with Mint Apparel. Although the surf-oriented brand will be distributed exclusively in Wal-Mart within the U.S., Mint will distribute Op in  specialty stores, surf shops and department stores in Europe.

In the Middle East, The Style Company will open 35 retails stores for Iconix brands Op and Joe Boxer, as well as the women’s line Rampage, as part of a long-term license.

Iconix has also expanded its license for Mossimo Australia with Pacific Brands Limited, which plans to open 10 free-standing Mossimo stores throughout Australia, as well as licensed its Mexican distribution and manufacturing for its women’s activewear brand, Danskin, to Grupo Zipora.
