The unveiling of Brazilian upscale mall developer and operator Iguatemi’s 363,000-square-foot shopping center in Brasilia last week is evidence of the country’s growing appetite for luxury goods.
The city’s first high-end mall, Iguatemi Brasilia houses venues for art, entertainment and cultural programming. Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Missoni, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hugo Boss, Carlos Miele, Nike, Zara and Cinemark are among the 200 retailers in the center.
