ACQUISITIVE ARNAULT: Bernard Arnault, chairman of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, has finalized a deal to buy France's Go Voyages travel agency through his Financière Agache Private Equity holding company. The acquisition of France's leading online airline ticketing source was revealed in early February and subject to approval by European competition authorities. Arnault has been active on the investment front. Last month the French billionaire teamed up with U.S. investment firm Colony Capital to buy a 9.1 percent stake in French hypermarket giant Carrefour.

TRUE RELIGION EXPANDING: Los Angeles sportswear brand True Religion Apparel has signed lease agreements at NorthPark Center in Dallas and at the Americana at Brand, a Caruso Affiliated shopping center being built in Glendale, Calif. The 1,620-square-foot NorthPark store will open this fall, and the 1,425-square-foot location at the Americana at Brand will be launched with the shopping center in spring 2008.
