Bon-Ton Stores chief Brendan Hoffman will be among the honorees at the Kids In Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.) and Fashion Delivers Charitable Foundation, Inc. annual fund-raiser scheduled for Nov. 6 at Chelsea Piers.
Hoffman will join Robert Campbell, chairman and chief executive officer of BBC International LLC; Peter Comisar, vice chairman of investment banking at Guggenheim Partners, and television personality Daisy Fuentes at the charity event, which will be hosted by Vivica Fox.
“This year’s gala celebrates the growing collaboration between K.I.D.S. and Fashion Delivers that has reached new levels of impact in helping families affected by these challenging economic times,” said K.I.D.S. chairman Kevin Burke. “This is especially important following recent natural disasters like Hurricane Sandy and the Oklahoma tornadoes.”
The groups have provided more than $1 billion in new-product donations to families affected by poverty and natural disasters since their founding.
The fund-raiser’s table prices start at $10,000 and individual tickets are $1,000. For more information, contact Jessica Luna at FD_KIDS@TheJFMGroup.com or 212-921-9070, ext. 14.
