Against the backdrop of Ron Johnson’s aborted reinvention of J.C. Penney Inc. and persistent worldwide economic concerns, their answers touched upon Millennials’ buying power, the push for global expansion, the surge in mobile device usage, leveraging big data and improving inventory management.
