WASHINGTON — The National Labor Relations Board has ordered a new union election at a Target Corp. store in Valley Stream, N.Y., which officials of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union have been trying to organize.


In addition to the new election, the NLRB issued a sweeping decision that will affect all of Target’s 250,000 employees at 1,700 stores nationwide, according to the UFCW.
