More memberships, more rewards and more points was the message this morning when Sephora executives revealed its relaunched Beauty Insider program, a new premium membership level, and its Sephora To Go App at an editor’s breakfast at Andaz in New York.
“Beauty Insider launched six years ago and has been a great way for Sephora to recognize and reward our clients,” said Sarah Choi, Sephora’s vice president of Beauty Insider, at the event. “We’ve been listening to our customers and wanted to revamp the program to reflect what she was asking us for: more beauty, more access, a more personalized and easier way to shop at Sephora.”
