LONDON — A clutch of retailers on Regent Street, including Zara, Uniqlo, Mango, Burberry and Superdry, were slated to re-open today following a burst water main that closed part of the street to road and pedestrian traffic on Saturday, according to the New West End Company, which represents retail businesses in Mayfair and London's West End.

Part of Regent Street, from Piccadilly to Conduit Street, was cordoned off by police and firemen on Saturday afternoon and some shops closed after a water main near Vigo Street exploded, flooding streets in the immediate neighborhood.

Thames Water said Regent Street remains under repair, and the company is looking into the cause of the accident.
