Stylesight, a global content and technology provider for the fashion and design sectors, has signed a content partnership agreement with Panjiva, an online resource for sourcing executives with an extensive database.

Stylesight plans to integrate Panjiva’s intelligence platform into the launch of Stylesight Sourcing in early 2012. Panjiva will provide analytical tools, global trade data and information on more than 1.5 million companies to enable subscribers to find, evaluate and connect with suppliers around the world.

With 750,000 suppliers from more than 190 countries included on the platform, Panjiva’s database of public and proprietary information will arm Stylesight users with the information to help find and vet suppliers, monitor competition and identify geographic sourcing trends.

“The Panjiva partnership is the first example of innovative tools and content additions we plan to roll out, and part of a larger effort at Stylesight to integrate the best aggregated and curated content from around the world,” said Frank Bober, chief executive officer of Stylesight.
