SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST: Paris Fashion Week is a marathon rather than a sprint and if anyone knows how to win the race, it’s Karl Lagerfeld. “I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, that’s how I survive,” he said upon entering Tuesday night’s late, late Fendi party where budding Brit songstress Pixie Lott performed before the likes of Prince, Katy Perry, Maggie Cheung, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, Emma De Caunes, Julie Depardieu, Julie Gayet and Olivier Theyskens.

Chinese artist Yi Zhou said she completed a film, “The Ear,” with Pharrell Williams as the lead. “It’s a surreal piece about someone cutting an ear off and it becomes a bridge,” she said of the work, which has been uploaded on both her and Williams’ Websites and will be presented at Paris’ FIAC contemporary art fair at the end of the month.
Dressed head to toe in Fendi, model Milana Keller revealed she’s about to take a hiatus from fronting campaigns including Gucci and Burberry. “I’m planning to break into business – management and production for artists and talent. It’s something I know a lot about,” she said.
Fendi model Emina Cunmalaj attended the party on her last night in Paris – “I’m off to do a hair product commercial for Schwarzkopf tomorrow,” she said. Meanwhile, French actress Clotilde de Savoie said she was busy working on a new project of her own, “It will be a stage show with music and performance,” she said.
