While you shouldn’t expect to find guests splashing around in tubs, the team behind Lavo, the new restaurant, lounge and nightclub at The Palazzo slated to open at the end of August, delivers up a venue reminiscent of an ancient Mediterranean bathhouse with a twist.

Guests enter into a lounge replete with Moroccan love seats and low tables, and decorated by stained tiles, worn plaster and crystal chandeliers that hang down from 20-foot-high ceilings. Beyond lies the main dining room as well as several private rooms, where chef Ludovic Lefebvre, formerly of Los Angeles’ Bastide, will serve tapas-style versions of Mediterranean and European classics.
Turkish baths line an open patio leading to the second floor nightclub, where guests can look out on to the lounge.
