Paris’ Chacha Club is a destination for France’s most fashionable.
Chacha Club, Paris’ white-hot new DJ venue, opened its doors at the end of July and has already hosted parties for the likes of Chanel, Dior Homme, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac and Dazed & Confused Japan.

It’s crawling nightly with a mix of achingly hip twentysomethings and local elite (French actress Elodie Bouchez was recently spotted at the bar), and Chloé and Vivienne Westwood are among the fashion houses expected to throw parties there during Paris Fashion Week.
But in contrast to its youthful clientele, the sprawling two-story site resembles an old-style lounge bar, its dimly lit salons dotted with taxidermy and quirky contemporary artworks, such as a giant resin owl sculpture by Vincent Köhler perched on a stand in the club’s restaurant. Features include a central glass-paneled smoking room lined with antique couches, as well as an open-house recording studio filled with electric musical instruments for guests to jam on.
Spinning an eclectic brew of soul, hip-hop and funk, the site’s revolving lineup of guest DJs so far has included Birdy Nam Nam, Scratch Massive and Colette’s Nadège Winter. “We want DJs to be playful and stray from the kinds of sets that they might be known for,” says manager Christopher Prechez.
