A mix of nobles and royal fashionistas mingled at Milan’s trendy Galleria Sozzani cafe-restaurant last week at a party hosted by Hydrogen, a high-end sportswear brand with a vintage feel.
Lapo Elkann, the youngest grandson of the late Gianni Agnelli, and longtime buddy Alberto Bresci, the brains behind the brand, invited 600 guests, including Teresa Missoni, Roberta Armani, Beatrice Trussardi, Lavinia and Beatrice Borromeo and Carla Sozzani, to celebrate the launch of a limited-edition sweatshirt stitched across the front with a Fiat logo from the Twenties.

For many of the guests, the event was a preholiday reunion. “There are so-o-o many people here,” exclaimed Margherita Missoni. “I ran into many friends that I never see.”
