Gucci celebrated the launch of its children’s line Saturday with a playdate at its Rodeo Drive boutique. Guests who included Jessalyn Gilsig of “Glee,” Garcelle Beauvais, Julie Bowen and their accompanying tykes, enjoyed a candy bar, star-shaped grilled cheese and face painting.

Jennifer Lopez, currently appearing in the line’s marketing push, arrived with her co-stars, twins Emme and Max.

“I wanted them to be a part of this, and if not, I just don’t do it,” she said of her kids’ involvement.

While the children enjoyed coloring and playing, parents sipped Bellinis and shopped the new collection.

Not all the moms were at ease while shopping. A nanny-free Bowen joked, “My children look like they just crawled out of a dumpster compared to Jennifer Lopez’s children, so I’m suffering terrible child anxiety right now.”
