DISCO FEVER: A mass of pulsing bodies swayed at the Givenchy after party in Paris nightclub L’Arc late Sunday night, forming a cocoon of revelers around the house’s creative director Riccardo Tisci.

“I’m so happy. I love life!” he exclaimed above the thumping music. A relaxed Kanye West put his arm around guests, and Erin Wasson, Sky Ferreira and Leigh Lezark huddled in a girly trio, turning away from flashing cameras when the moment came to “actually enjoy ourselves,” said Wasson.

Malgosia Bela shared her excitement at seeing the Givenchy show from the outside, as she wasn’t walking it this season.

“It was the first time I didn’t focus on the shoes, because usually you dread the shoes,” she confided.

Bela is working on a new movie, but wouldn’t divulge details except to say she plays a character “the opposite of me” and “a real challenge,” adding, “I really want to put my energy into this.”

Standing out from the mostly black-clad crowd were New York nightlife queen Susanne Bartsch, wearing what she called a “lieutenant in drag” ensemble harking to the Thirties and Forties war era and sporting glittery bits on her face, and fashion blogger Hanneli Mustaparta, with a fluffy white sweater that molted.

Other guests included Olivier Theyskens, Alexander Wang, Natalia Vodianova, Joan Smalls and Kate Young.
