Though Mother’s Day isn’t until Sunday, the Upper East Side set got a head start on it when a bevy of mother-daughter duos showed up at Berdgorf Goodman Wednesday to fete Jade Albert and Ki Hackney’s book, “The Charm of Charms,” in which many of them appear. Among those who braved the rain to have their books signed while admiring the sparkling Bergdorf jewelry displays were Marisa Berenson, who penned the book’s foreword, and her daughter, Starlite Randall; Amy Fine Collins, supporting herself on one crutch (although she still wore a pair of heels), with daughter Flora Collins, and Debbie Bancroft, with her daughter, Serena.

A radiant Shoshanna Gruss, with mom Betty Lonstein in tow, made her first social appearance after giving birth to her daughter, Sienna, just two weeks ago. “It’s a good excuse for going home early!”

A few feet away, co-hosts Helen Schifter and 10-year-old daughter Storey waited patiently to speak with the “Charm” authors. Asked if this was the first party she’d ever hosted, Storey, who was photographed wearing an old Cartier watch and L.A.M.B. charm necklace in the book, replied, “Yes, except for my birthday.”
