Not all designers are snubbing Robert Altman. A gaggle of French designers involved in “Ready-to-Wear (Pret-a-Porter)” — including Jean Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood, Christian Lacroix, Sonia Rykiel, Azzedine Alaia, Gianfranco Ferré and Nino Cerutti — are planning to attend the premiere Dec. 12 at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York.
