FINE CHINA: At last, a Chinese restaurant that does more than good takeout. Jean Georges Vongerichten plans to open 66, a 120-seat restaurant in TriBeCa, early next year. But while Richard Meier designed the space, the French chef has no plans for high concept food fusion there. Every table will feature an old-school lazy Susan and the menu will boast traditional Chinese fare.
