LITTLE WOMEN: The starlets who packed Teen People’s party in L.A. for its Young Hollywood issue may have been teenagers, but there was nary a midriff in sight. Taking a cue from this season’s feminine influence, the young ladies, including Mischa Barton, Kelly Osbourne and Samaire Armstrong, dressed demurely.
Even wild child Bijou Phillips looked prim and proper, as did Lindsay Lohan, who giggled when asked about her rumored role as the heroine in the film version of Plum Sykes’ novel, “Bergdorf Blondes.”
“You work hard and people start to appreciate what you do,” said Lohan. “It’s a great feeling, and I love doing this.”
