Tuesday night’s dinner at Christie’s for “The Other Boleyn Girl,” hosted by Alberta Ferretti, included a lavish, royalty-worthy dinner spread that star Natalie Portman deemed “very authentic.”
“All that’s missing is the pomegranates bursting open,” noted Coralie Charriol.
“And the vestal virgins,” Euan Rellie chimed in.
Indeed, guests including Mamie Gummer, Maggie Rizer, Tory Burch, a newly engaged Olivia Chantecaille, Poppy Delevingne and Tatiana Santo Domingo dined on Tudor-style pork and split game hens at the long family style table which was draped in rich purples and set with hefty glassware and miniature guillotine centerpieces. Because nothing says bon appetit like a guillotine.
