Liv Tyler hosted a bring-your-kids shopping party at the Stella McCartney for GapKids pop-up store on Robertson Boulevard Wednesday night, but the grown-ups seemed to be equally interested in the merchandise.
“There are a pair of gray and yellow rain boots that I love, and I would do anything for that band jacket,” said Tyler. “Maybe I could convince Stella to make it for me, but she’s a busy girl.”
Instead, Tyler settled on a plaid shirt and skinny gray jeans for son Milo.
Jennifer Meyer-Maguire had a harder time choosing, but having son Otis on one arm and daughter Ruby on the other didn’t stop her. “I bought the whole store. I went crazy,” she said.
“It’s such a luxury to have affordable Stella clothes for kids,” said Jessica Capshaw. “It’s great to have cool, chic kids clothes that are affordable,” said Tyler. “Especially with boys, they just destroy things.”
